The Architecture of The Dalí

Opening May 2, 2026, The Architecture of The Dalí is inspired by the Museum’s evolution and upcoming expansion, tracing The Dalí’s journey from a converted Ohio factory to its iconic St. Petersburg home. Through archival photographs, historical documents and a three-dimensional model, this exhibition highlights key moments in the Museum’s design that resulted in spaces both inspiring and functional for audiences visiting from around the world.

Visitors will gain insight into the creative decisions that shaped the building’s iconic façade and light-filled galleries. Above all, the show offers a first look at the forthcoming expansion and the new ways it will engage audiences, host exhibitions and connect with the community.

This exhibition is curated by Peter Tush, Curator and Senior Interpreter, with Sarah Lynch, Assistant Librarian and Executive Assistant.
